Watches
- How close is a replica watch to the authentic version?
- This depends on the watch you are buying. We will always explain known differences and flaws for each model.
- What is the difference between an automatic and quartz movement?
- An automatic movement uses kinetic energy and does not need a battery. A quartz movement is battery-powered. Most high-end authentic watches use automatic movements.
- How long will a watch last?
- That depends on care and maintenance. With regular servicing and proper use, a watch can last for many years.
- What is a chronograph?
- A chronograph is a small dial on the watch face, often used for seconds, stopwatch functions, or multiple time zones.
- Are your watches water-resistant?
- Many models are water-resistant, but only watches specifically tested for depth should be submerged. If no tested depth is listed, treat it as splash resistant only.
- Do your watches come with boxes?
- Watches do not include boxes by default, but boxes may be available separately.
- What if I cannot find the watch I want on the website?
- Please contact us with a link to the model you want and we will check availability.
Parts and Custom Orders
- I want to order parts that are not listed. What should I do?
- Please contact pre-sales first so we can confirm availability and pricing. After that, place a custom order so we can bill the extra parts or services correctly.
Ordering and Payment
- How long does it take to process my order?
- Payment verification usually takes about 48 hours. After confirmation, we send QC photos and test information. If you do not reply to the QC email within 24 hours, we treat that as approval and dispatch the order.
- What if I want to cancel my order?
- If you have not paid, simply do not complete the payment. If you have already paid, contact billing to arrange a refund or store credit.
- What payment methods do you accept?
- We accept major credit cards, Bitcoin, and selected money transfer methods. See the Payment Methods page for details.
- When will my credit card be charged?
- Your card is charged after the order passes our processing review, usually within 24 hours.
- Do you offer a discount for Bitcoin?
- Yes. Bitcoin payments receive a 5% discount.
Shipping and Handling
- How much does shipping cost?
- Shipping fees vary by destination and method. Please see the Shipping Methods page for more details.
- How long does shipping take?
- Shipping usually takes 7 to 10 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Processing time is separate.
- What shipping companies do you use?
- Depending on the destination, we use EMS, DHL, or Airmail. Most shipments are sent with tracking.
- What if my package gets stuck in customs?
- If customs confiscates your package, contact us and we can arrange a refund or reshipment.
- What if my watch arrives damaged?
- Please contact us within 72 hours of delivery so we can help arrange repair support.
- What if I would like a refund?
- Items are generally non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless they arrive damaged or there is a confirmed issue covered by our support policy.
